One perhaps not so minor edge to having a private company make its own announcements is that they can release news without the dreaded Clive Barker disclaimers AXC must end with. Until AXC gets majority interest anyway. That eliminates one of the downdrafts to getting the story out. BAM I also hope they change the name. Can't imagine Kellogs being called " Cereal For Breakfast". If AXC resurrects their brand name in the public eye, a TV Reiter's ( and who else?) combo might have a name that plays off that with panache.
