Tang, I think only a suicidal lunatic would short one of these stocks. I am long AOL, but I believe the price of the stock bears no relationship to anything but wishful thinking at this point. I have sold covered calls (Feb 175s) against my position.

The discussion of fundamentals is important to me. I am long AOL and find the discussion both illuminating and fun. There is always the chance that AOL will become the "GE in cyberspace industries" and even if it falls short of that, it could be hugely successful. That's why I bought in. But if I'm going to continue to buy in, I need to analyze things at the next level. Chuzzlewit's comments help me clarify my thinking.
