I have too have been wondering about why Vladimar of SibMach would want to sell his SibMach. I have learned it is best not to interpret insider selling as weakness, because sometimes selling is just for personal reasons. I assume he's selling, why else would he convert and lose the dividend that Joseph is talking about. Somebody else have insights?, anything? . . .Of course, I am interpreting insider selling of EBAY as a good reason to short that stock-- (although I haven't yet, I haven't got the nerve to do so unless it rises above $300 again).
