It's approx 57.5m o/s, and 36m float and holding. If we were so concerned then we wouldn't be here. We have discussed and weighed the shares and have decided the company will grow through them very nicely. I would suggest doing serious DD before asking further standard questions. We are very satisfied with the transition occuring within TSIG and are waiting for the growth in business and revenue to come soon. This is not a flame. We will be delighted to answer questions of any newcommer who has already made an effort to research.
