I'll be on this in the morning. I was on phone to broker when your notice came across. I quickly looked at the s-3. LOTS of shares will be sold. Didn't look at convertible, but with that many shares going on market, expect drop anyway.

Tried to buy more CELN (penny play) at end of day but since I turned a different penny earlier, had too much capital locked up. They cancelled my trade. I screwed up on some penny trades around Christmas and have restricted account until late March. Darn! I've got to watch those buy / sell buttons closer. Cost me money AND got me restricted!

Well hope to have less of a problem with that soon. Account up over 100% over last week or so. YeeeHAAAAWWWWW!

Stay in the Black and I'll meet you at the bank for a few laughs! jimS

Well, anyway. I

Oh Tony...short RACE as much as you like. You don't have a clue as to what's going on with the company. A recommendation to short RACE will only enhance your lousy reputation.

Also, weren't you the same Tony Elgindy that was being investigated by the SEC related to attempted manipulation of RACE stock going back a few years??

Anthony - that stock is locked up until the year 2000 including what he's bought on the open market. You're playing with potential fire here and someone seems to have already put the lighter fluid on the charcoal.

Anytime you want to talk you know where to find me.
