Thanks for the informative response.....It is very frustrating for everyone to just wait. I ask...if the Nasdaq inquiry is not independent of the Easdaq inquiry then why a separate hearing. Easdaq's deadline is Feb 3, while Nasdaq hearing is the 4th. Is there anyway that Easdaq could trade TRBD on the 4th while Nasdaq is still halted? I really have no idea about TRBD and I don't think any long/short has the truth either. It may be premature to be so pessimistic as I was earlier but who knows. No statements from any body besides Nasdaq will have any impact on this stock. Is TRBD not allowed to release info on the specifics of the halt?

On retrospect...this company hopefully is not a scam. Rather a management oversight has created these problems for the ones who are long.

I will be the first to admit I hope I get out of TRBD with at least part of my shirt. This is too much drama for any investor to go through.

Good Luck
