Why not spin off MSN Internet Access (ISP) or MSN (portal).
If MSFT is really a product company and not a service company,
it makes sense to spin off at least MSN Internet Access which
is a pretty big ISP. Why bother selling it when you can
get a lot more holding about 40% stake and offering the rest
to the public. Just look at AOL with its PE. ISP business could
be worth a lot of cash. Should provide a pop to the stock.
Not sure about the spin off the MSN portal, which could bring
in a lot of money (probably more than the ISP).

I still think MSN internet access will keep growing at
a fast rate. Love the commercials.
