Look at the economics. Lets say you paid Jenna a hundred dollars for her all time best stock idea, but then
nobody but you and the service knows about it. The stock dogs because its exposure is limited.

You have to be kidding.
Jenna does the work initially - for that she gets paid.
I believe there may well be over 1000 subscribers - that is more than enough to either work for, or against, any particular stock.

In fact, its mandatory to let the world know the best ideas or
they don't do well! Don't be cheap, stocks move on generosity and sharing ideas... that's all they
move on.

If this were true, there would be no services needing or requiring payment - not to say that paid services are required for stocks to move - but they don't hurt...

When you've got a good idea, the time between knowing and posting should only be as short as a
reasonable phone call to buy.

Such a short time frame could possibly be classed as hyping.. however who's going to decide when every subscriber is in....

No stock ever ran up on well kept secrets.

I believe there are many cases on insider trading that would refute this.. however the point is that if you subscribe, you pay for a service, or you work it out in trade for analysis, whatever, etc.
That's why it's a service - informed, reliable as possible, and not subject to the whims of gossip.
