Scooter, It's DURING the conference call because earnings are a PART of the conference call!!! and yes they are playing some kind of mellow elevator soft jazz music...maybe to keep all the Vivus share holders a bit calm in their anxietous state.....you can't help to have butterflys in your stomache when you know you money is riding on a company led by an incompetent loser! VLAD PS I would prefer some music like Queen's "We Are the Champions" as opposed to this Thorazine mental institution music. 2 more minutes, finger on the trigger, ready to fire, cross hairs focused between Wilson's eyes.
