Small Fry, nobody used the word "hype." Good fundamental and ta doesn't require hype, on the other hand if press releases were to stop, if earnings announcements, analysts, business and industry news were to go mute, if sharing ideas in an anticipatory way were to cease.. one wouldn't know an INTC from a KPRO. <g> P.S. on line trading is now estimated to be 1/4 the volume. If it weren't for sharing information via the miracle of networked information systems at the broadest level, that run outide the brokerage industry box we wouldn't be here. We'd still be waiting for the evening news or a brokers call after reading the morning WSJ.
