Bob,it's a simple question. Are you telling me you spoke to management and didn't ask? What percentage discount were they placed at? Sounds like we're getting half the story-yet you tell us there are favorable terms..but, you don't know what they are? DD
PS: you mentioned a 1 year holding period(rule 144 restrictions),were you told this by management the stock would be rule 144 stock or told they would have to file a 144 to sell stock--big difference...
