Wild Willie, have you bothered to read today's SEC filing by RACE? It is going to be a seriously dilutive instrument. It doesn't look like it's going to be technically floorless, but the ceiling is going to be set at 3. With the stock price at 8, it's not good news for the longs. It is amazing how these stocks get run up just before the registration statement is issued. It's regular as clockwork. Barb
