Tony: But your scenario is just the tip of the iceberg. Most small firms in the US are not Y2K compliant, which means that an awful lot of their customers will be buying heavily in the upcoming quarters due to their fears that there will be a Y2K shutdown of shortage of available parts. That increased buying will also added to a cycle. Then you have world wide problems, where the rest of the world is nowhere near as compliant as the US. This can only serve to deepen existing problems in SEA and South American, and you will also see further inventory adjustments due to Y2K fears by potential buyers. One thing is for sure Tony. We will have a Y2K market sell off sometime this year, and it should be quite the market phenomenon.

With regards to LSI, as you know I feel that Y2K preparedness has put some of the networking projects on the backburners and consequently hurt LSI networking prospects for the time being. We shall see.
