Henry, you're most likely right about the decline in the stock price. If you get a chance, listen to the conference call: 4th Quarter Earnings Conference Call Replay Domestic Dial In: 888-836-6074 Int'l Dial In:703-925-2505 Passcode: 216965 They seemed very satisfied with the quarter's results and feel comfortable with the estimates for this quarter. The impression I got from listening to the Q & A only, was that this quarter laid the ground work for the upcoming year, with the 4 cent additional expenditure in the Q to lock in ISPs. That expense is expected to reap considerable rewards in future Qs. I'd be interested in other impressions of the CC. Regards, Roy
