R.E.B., Being that Mr. Gardt has begun conversion, what exactly is the earliest possible date that he "could" sell shares on the open market?

The restricted shares convert 1:1 (WITH a 6%-kicker). At 1:1, I see no reason to convert now (giving up the 6%)...unless you're attempting to become liquid as soon as possible...
