Ohhhhhhh! NOW I get it. I believe I now understand the subtleties behind the word "Re-tooling"! Allow me to elaborate... According to the the 1913 Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, one of the definitions of "retool" is: "A person used as an instrument by another person; -- a word of reproach; as, men of intrigue have their tools, by whose agency they accomplish their purposes." For example, I was not made for a minion or a tool. Burks. Hence, one can conclude that "retooling" in this case would mean that the midget is going to be "replaced". Is it any wonder the midget is upset? Now that I think about it, Ed has performed so many retoolings that the entire world's midget population has been victimized.
