The point is, VVUS doesn't have liquid assets, cash or other, to be utilized for a stock repurchase.

Your point again is? They don't have to have cash on hand to buy back stock - read my prior posts. Most companies never buy back what they say they will. Deceptive? Perhaps. But the SEC has been letting it go on for years.

It's not about cash management, it's about PR and the effective use of it.

Andreas,

Do you really believe that all the international sales have been based on shipments to Europe???

Did you forget that there are other countries other than Europe that will continue to consume MUSE and in fact we just had some more recent launches of countries that will continue to consume MUSE such as Canada, Australia, etc..?
