HI MALCOLM,NICE TO HEAR FROM YOU, THAT 1.50 SOUNDS SOMEWHAT FAMILIAR. Some posts ago I mentioned buying of shares by institutions. Here are some facts, and some of what I think is happening. I posted some of this information before,but a lot of it is new. A few months ago,institutions had approx 3.9 % of shares. currently they have approx.4.4 % and will probably increase that in the next few months if all goes well with Emerson.I believe, { as I mentioned before } that there may be some private selling happening between the company and the institutions,and here is why I say that. The float recently has gone from 14,100,000 shares all the way up to 15,500,000,and that of course is a difference of 1.4million. At the same time,insiders per cent of shares has decreased from approx. 71% to 68%.To me that suggests that the company, or Jurick has been dealing directly with the institutions.Prior to this qtr. institutions per cent was approx 10%buys and near 90% sells.Currently it is closer to 50--50.I did hear about an announcement prior to earnings report about 10 days ago,but nothing since. If something doesn't break soon,Malcolm,I'm coming down to where you are and learn how to fish. Trying to stay relaxed======TONY======
