Intel sure does make a lot of 'assumptions': 1) Intel isn't the only CPU in town, what about AMD and CYRIX ?? 2) we have to GET one of the chips, and i don't see P-400's and 800's being too awfully obsoleted for quite awhile.......... 3) It doesn't matter what you buy if you don't cruise the 'Net with one of these, and 4) What if you are on the net via a network/exchange/proxy server ? who's ID will show up, IF it ever gets that far ?? It's real FUNNY that people don't seem to understand that every cell phone out there does this internal type of ID already, but to put it on a PC is BAD ??? When you use your cell phone in a state 1,000 miles from home, how do you think you get a bill for it ? It sure isn't from the phone number. It's the embedded ID number in the phone......
