Exit is a builtin command, but you keep getting the
C prompt back because DOS, having nothing else to
do, restarts command.com when you exit. If you were
booting from your hard drive, it could boot Win98.

I don't know about help. I've heard some fluff about
help being odd in win95/98, but haven't followed up.

Put the path setting in autoexec.bat on the floppy.
Also put the cd driver and mscdex on the floppy.
Might as well make it work now!
