If you bothered to look at the account payable side of things
they owe about 16 million dollars in notes payable, accounts payable and current liabilities. Compared to last year, where they only had about 7 million in outstand liabilities.
This is a VERY bad sign things are not going well for the company. Considering the sequential drop sales, that 10 million in account receivable and 7 million in inventory is a very big percentage of their annual sales (last year was 25 million), it might take them all year just to digest these inventory.
I guess they tried really hard to stuff the channel for Christmas, next quarter will be even more dismal.

Anybody else wanna comment on this?
