I would suspect that next to sublingual, intranasal is a pretty good way to absorb the mineral.

It is believed that a daily dose , from all sources, in excess of 100 mg will reduce symptoms of colds by reducing the attack by the immune system. When I looked at Quigley last year the dose could exceed 100mg per 24 hours several fold.

I'll check the web site and see what they tell me.
