It(ABTX) could well flat-line at 7-8 for some time,or it could still have jolt down to 4-5----at this moment in time I just don't see anything that would initiate a genuine move up-----I still have grave questions on the nature of their convertible debentures, but haven't had the time to really break it down--but I know this much, the lower the price goes down the greater the amount of shares rewarded for the convertibles---their next earnings report will be the kicker---the one thing the company has going for it is all the 1,200 employees have options and they will work like the dickens to get ABTX to succeed, but as of this moment,it
will be a rough battle----the primary theory now is JT(CEO) got a lowball offer in the formal negotiations, and axed the discussions--so at this time no buyer is suspected as being imminent--my opinion only.Max
