Those were the two negatives I could immediately foresee. Message 7539706 Was trying to gauge if there was anything else that could potentially sour my returns(aside from the above concerns, opportunity cost of capital used up and the capital gains taxes). Can't even do this in my retirement account since they won't let me short there. Also its really so hard to stay disciplined and not go unboxed("naked"?) in either direction until the deal actually closes... and btw: thanks * 10^6 for your help and insight.
