Dan, I also just checked out the proxy statement and annual report for 1998. There are approximately 4.2 million shares ("A Preferred" and common included together) outstanding, which were eligible for voting at last year's annual meeting. Float is still really small. Mr. Case still receives stock options in lieu of salary, from what I can determine from proxy. This guy has experience in industry and I have to believe that he isn't working for worthless shares. The guy plans to retire very wealthy. Good luck with your pick, whatever it is. jimS
