Tim,
I think that there is a good possibility that any smaller networking stock could get acquired. At this point though, I don't have any feeling for who would get bought buy whom or when. With the ASND acquisition, LU is better positioned for the future in the service provider market, but they still don't have much to address the future enterprise data/voice market and their enterprise voice products may come under siege sooner than they would like. I would expect LU to go for a company that had strength in layer 3 data products (or at least a presence).

XYLN, Maybe ALA or IBM.

MRVC, maybe I'm not hanging out with the right crowd, but I never run into them. Are they more focused on service provider or Enterprise?

I don't follow TLAB closely so wouldn't know where they would fit best.
