Tom,I had a sell stop which did not go off on time, took it
all the way to Nasq. keeping Waterhouse informed of my every
move. For some reasons, thay settled.

Regrets Thomas,

Did you say you received on screen confirmation that your limit
order had been cancelled? If so you should be able to get them
to honor that. I would definitely pursue this. Escalate it as
much as necessary. Go to arbitration if you have to.

These ba$tards cannot get away with that.

Sorry to hear about Your situation. That is unacceptable, even with Ameritrade I could get confirmation during the day or after 4:30 p.m. re any trade that day. Problem was Their site was down 4 or 5 times a week temporarily, there is enough stress with trading already.
