This is where I am confused. How does AMZN pay the dividend?


hope my post just prior to this helped explain, but since there's ZERO chance scamazon will call the note out, they'll probably get converted. thus, it's almost the same as owning the equity BUT you get the 4.75% interest AND you're senior in liquidation preference (which, as we know, may come in handy).
