Wild Willie: If shares are "only" registered, what, do you think will happen with them. Do you think the "selling shareholders" will use them for tapestry? C'mon. Come on guy, either you pretend yourself being so naive on convertibles or you are an outright common folks. C.

WW, please be try to maintain a somewhat professional tone when posting to me. It is shows perhaps a 1st grade level of maturity to attempt to belittle someone by misspelling a name. As far as the EC filing is concerned, I have seen many of these instruments. With a maximum conversion price of 3, the owners of the convert will be hard pressed to not short sell at current levels to lock in a guaranteed profit. It is also my experience that these instruments are very destructive to shareholder value, and are entered into only by firms whose success is 'less than guaranteed'. Barb
