Here are some positive:

Comfortable with Next Q estimate .
Details of Intel deal will be released soon(By Intel).
Already Many deals closed in January.
Revenue growth continuing.

The 04 cents extra commission one time thing without this income would have been .12

$40Mil from sale of VRSN shares realized net after tax in January and another 2.6Mil shares of VRSN still owned which could increase cash by 225Mil(these figures not reflected on the balance sheet)

Company to buy back another 3 Mil shares.

This was a solid CC,future looks great but tomorrow there will be shake out regardless SDTI value will be higher by April.
Intel has a press conference tomorrow to talk about security on the pentium III.

Good Luck to all

I did not pick up anything negative from the CC. Positive points
1. will integrate RSA into SDTI (better use of resources and cost savings)
2.Expect a strong Q1 (comfortable with Q1 estimates)
3.New alliances with CPQ, INTC, and many others to help earnings in near future. ( expect announcements from INTC)
4.Questions from analysts during the Q&A did not seem to indicate disappointment with earnings.

There were many other positives but I believe this to be the highlights.

REGARDS, JIM
