Glenn, I think you are missing the point. The proposed issue is NOT zeros. The interest is due on a current basis (I don't know if it is monthly, quarterly, etc.) Unlike the existing prior issue.

No. They don't need that. There are many games to play and if it all falls apart they are towards the front of the line in getting their money back. Think bankruptcy, sell the ongoing business for a couple billion and start paying off claims. They stand well in front of the common shareholders. Get it?
