 iran, venezuela seek broader bilateral ties
tehran, jan. 28, irna -- venezuelan ambassador to tehran lindolfo
leon rodriguez met and conferred here on thursday with iran's first
vice president hassan habibi on issues of mutual interest.
in the meeting, habibi said that iran's foreign policy is based
on expansion of cooperation with all countries and the latin
american countries in particular.
referring to the slump in oil prices, he called for cooperation
among all oil producing countries mainly the opec members to
boost oil prices.
habibi also voiced iran's willingness for expansion of cooperation
with venezuela.
the venezuelan ambassador noted regional and international
importance of the islamic republic of iran and called for broad
iran-venezuela cooperation including in efforts to boost oil prices.

BigBull, Agreed. Japan is the biggest worry as the yen rises in value. But the rest of Asia is showing signs of awakening.. So I put out a few pennies to work in Asian stock markets....
