Agreed, Michelle. And I wasn't implying that (death vortex). I was implying existing shareholders get the stinky end of the stick.

It's a fact of life that when you negotiate out of a weak position, it is bad news. AMZn is not there yet, so this is an interesting manouver, but I think current shareholders are going to get gigged a bit. Considering the stock was at 199 bucks a few weeks ago, who's counting. -g-
