A bull here. To good of a business concept to fail as long as the millionaires running it understand cost control. After all the earnings is what drives shareholder value up. Pure and simple. Dilution doesn't bother me, but floorless convertibles do. Haven't seen any yet? When i do I'm out. IMO

If Steve Samblis told you he did not talk to Bear Down's people today, HE LIED. Moving to Nasdaq..... That is the oldest line in the book !!!! Audited financials....they will not give you any info on their financials, what makes you think they will fully disclose audited financial within 60 days? just cause a LYING stock promotor told you? I challenge you to find me one lie on this thread other than the hype posted by Kieko and other longs. You can't do it. Trusting a stock promotor over the bear is like trusting a used car salesman over the Pope. Put your money where your mouth is and buy 10,000 shares at market tomorrow, after the MM's rape you and runt the stock up a few dollars on your bid, then you can tell all, "the price is moving up" You really should get some experience if you want to play this game, otherwise you are destined to lose

How did you confirm that this actually shall take place in 60 days or less? Which method of qualification have they chosen in their application? Are you referring to large or small cap NASDAQ? TIA They are moving to NASDAQ in less than 60 days as the audit is taking place now.

Daniel, A lot of the MLRE Bulls go directly to millionaire.com, it is much more pleasant to talk to other Longs and to people who believe in the same dream! Millionaire.com will be a success in spite of Bear Down. I use to post here more but I am an optimist and prefer to talk to other optimists. Bear Down is a pessimist with an obsession and an agenda. A professional would not waste so much of their valuable time on the negative side ( a 1,000+ negative post for Bear Down) and no positive posts about any other company. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. I am aware of his objections but remain Long and Holding! Best, Ed
