Sorry, I am a blind bat, hanging upside down waiting for your light to shine on me. Was it that they weren't asked, or that they refused due to lack of faith? They obviously have the cash, have already replenished the cash they used for the stock buyback. Please enlighten me.

I vote for ZFool ;) Actually, I'm surprised there were shares available to short. No options yet, either. I'm weighing buying the most volatile internet stock and continuously selling calls on it. Any ideas on what bounces around?

<< Seagate Technology Inc., the No. 1 independent computer disk-drive maker, said it'll make large numbers of its new disk drive for the sub-$1,000 personal computer market at its Singapore plant, starting this quarter. The second-generation desktop disk drive, called ''U4,'' will have a capacity of 4.3 gigabytes and 5,400 rpm, the company said. Making U4 will also raise production out of Singapore, a key Seagate manufacturing center.>> Anyone have any idea which suspension/interconnect will be used in these drives? Tim
