Monu and William,

Thanks for your comments. Has anybody had success in establishing a relationship with anybody at CHRZ (investor relations)? If so, let me know who. I have a call into the company currently.

Also, tell me more about the earnings delay. (What was the nature of the delay? Why?). I read the company is "comfortable" with Q4 estimates of .38.

On the heels of several "positive" upgrades during the last few days vs. one "downgrade" that caused the selloff last week, this stock appears to me to be oversold and ripe to move upward in anticipation of strong growth in their areas outside of Y2. Comments please?

Mark

William,

(and Darrell, monu and all other faithful with CHRZ)

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

I just spoke this morning with Stacy Lipschitz (Investor relations). I feel even stronger about the company based on our brief conversation. With respect to their quiet period, she of course can't say much, but we did confirm the following:

1. DO NOT construe the "delay" in their Q4 earnings results as negative. She said it was simply pushed back from 2/9 to 2/16 because of the additional accounting time required to consolidate the additional 8 or so companies they have acquired over the last year. This makes perfect sense and should not cause any alarm.

2. The Q4 Analyst Conference Call Phone number will be made public about 2 weeks before the numbers are released on Feb. 16th at 10:00 am. (Also good news, I like this type of advance scheduling by the company and their willingness to have investors have access to the conference call - this demonstrates a willingness to continue to get their story infront of everybody).

3. They understand that one of their highest priorities is replacing YR2000 high-margin revenue with other IT solution areas (with high margin revenue), which is what they have been doing through acq. and are continuing to do. Expect a lot of (hopefully very positive conversation) on this topic in the next few weeks!

Best wishes all.
