Can you afford emotionally and financially to buy back in -- and swallow the loss -- if you sell at 7 and it goes to 12 on some anouncement before it goes to 6? Of course, it depends on whether you're trading or a long long.

In my limited experience this stock is a somewhat unique story and should be handled with care. A lot of people know Peter and have watched -- Once the right time comes -- relisting -- buyin --- shipping OEMs -- Nothing or Anything can happen at 6:30 in the morning. Take a note of Geocities today and think of the guys who sold yesterday.

Besides the Wall Street Forum there are other positive announcements waiting to be expressed:

re-listing on NASDAQ
re-financing
and a myriad of possible announcements regarding some detail or other with our many partners such as HWP, IGST, HAUP, ITE, POLLENOX, SARNOFF CORP.,RSA, SIGMA, IBM, ITG, etc.

I understand your caution and also consider the above possibilities.
