This is very tricky.

You can do a number of things.

I suspect that this stock will open up much higher than it closed

You could put a market order in at the open and try to catch the wave.
You could wait for a Dip and get in on that.

If the Medai picks up on this before the open than I would sugget you do the Market order. If not wait for the DIP.

Paullie, Try and follow here tomorrow before opening. I'll post the
bid ask spread prior to opening. If there's a lot of buyers at open,
a market order might sting you. Do you trade on line or trough a broker? If it's a full service broker, they should be willing to help. OTC-BB stocks are risky, but can also be rewarding. Just after
the press release today, this thing went to .94. An hour later it
was .37. It started settling down around .50. Your broker should be able to give you a good limit order price.
Weigh your risk factor. Don't invest over your head trying to
clean up if a downside will hurt you. If your in for the long term,
it won't be too critical. I'm talking a couple years out. If your
looking for fast money, it's a dangerous game. If you haven't tracked
it you should know a lot of investors are in at .25. Traders will
be happy to double their money at .50 as shown by todays trading.
There's investors out there with 100,000 shares or more. For them
it's a quick 50 grand if in at .50 and out at $1.00. These moves will take it lower.
