rick, this may sound dumb, but how do slow quotes manifest themselves? out of synch with the time & sales? and when these two are not matched, it's my understanding that the L2 is what is correct. do you agree?

i have much less of a trading machine than you... a dell 166 with 64 mb ram and 3 gig hd. but i also i have cable modem and a usrobotics 33.6. the cm really picks up where the rest of my system lets off, i.e, everything seems to fly!

if you take trading seriously, you really should upgrade to ISDN line. that's seems to be the weak point of your system. it will help. SR
