Tim: One of the conditions that the gentleman requested of us, was that we keep his name out of the public eye. He prefers to work without interruptions. He has worked mainly for private mining concerns and is happy to work with Naxos, because of our keeping that request. Any attempt on the part of Naxos to tell our shareholders "AT THIS TIME," who the man is, would more than likely rebound to the detriment of our shareholders. Regards, Kim W. Brasington
