John, this is a registration of shares. What happened was that go2net bought Silicon Investor in exchange for stock. Part of the agreement probably said that at certain intervals after the transaction go2net must register a certain number of shares. (The shares must be registered in order to be sold on the open market.) A similar filing was made a few months after the purchase.

All it means is that some of the original silicon investor stockholders can sell some of their go2net shares, if they want to.
