Rich, the difference this time is that a good part of 1999 revenues are already booked. So, its much easier to predict a record year. The last couple of months have not been bad for JMAR at all. They achieved profitability in JMAR Semi, made additions to management and scientific expertise, had their credit line expanded at prime rate, received $13 million from DARPA, aquired Continuum Engineering, introduced the low-power brightlight, book a lot of business for JMAR Semi.

I am extremely pleased by the corporate progress of the last 6 months. I am displeased with the stock price, and I don't feel that it is a reflection of the progress made by JMAR. I believe it to be very poor PR and getting the word out. If JMAR publicly would state what was on the audio tape, I think we would see broader interest. The company is on track for a record 1999, they just need to get the word out!

>I would bet it is like all the other tapes. Promise with nothing solid.

Do you think that $23 million in new orders during the 4th quarter is nothing solid? Do you think they're lying about the orders or that they'll be cancelled?
