Circle -- I am very glad I asked, and even more glad that you answered. In earlier posts I shared my concerns about AMZN having a tough job to get their act together on the distribution side as they scale up. My understanding is that they are going to have a very tough time even matching their competitors, and the cost/time/complexity of doing it at all will be a real problem.

I would never have seen the dilutive impact of the converts without your help. Thanks again.
