SERVICE SECTOR / Corlac Oilfield Leasing Extends Warrant Terms REDCLIFF, ALBERTA-- CORLAC OILFIELD LEASING LTD. ("Corlac") (ASE: CKL) is pleased to announce that it has extended the expiry date for its current outstanding share purchase warrants from January 27, 1999 and February 19, 1999 to April 30, 1999. This extension of the expiry date applies to the 500,000 outstanding share purchase warrants entitling the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $1.00 per share until January 27, 1999 and February 19, 1999 (now April 30, 1999). The extension also applies to the 2,937,500 outstanding share purchase warrants entitling the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.50 per share until January 27, 1999 (now April 30, 1999).
