Michelle -- Checked out stories on Reg S. Some contain lurid details of deals that smell a whole lot like the one announced today -- including converts with some similar terms and the drop in stock prices that followed. Offshore or not -- this debt offering smells like a pile of dung in the tent. How long till the equity market picks up the scent?

No, it is not Michelle, at least to the best of my knowledge (I believe it's filed as an exception to the poor and stupid investor rule). I was drawing comparisons. Simple as that. Believe me, while I think this is very unusual, it is not a Reg-S deal, but perhaps similar in the end. That is all. Good Luck.
