HRAKA ..re PRFM, if memory serves me, I think I read that one director registered 20K and another 10K. I admit that I am long this stock right now - if you were going to short it, wouldn't you want to wait at least until after the website launch on Monday? Plus, there are <7M shares outstanding and anywhere from 1.9 to 3.75M shares in the float. I have virtually no experience shorting, but wouldn't this be a scary one to do right now?
