isn't CGI a service contractor;sell,install and maintains the system? They don't have software for e-com or do they? I saw $12M contract won by CGI for LVTS in quarterly report.
LVTS seems to be transferring between financial institutions;checks and balances-can this be considered check clearing? maybe not.
Richard your probably right there must be another level or phase going on for bill presentment/check clearing.
