Well, the nice thing about any losses I may see on paper is that I know in the long run I'll come out ahead. Yeah, it may mean 2 or 3 years, but it will happen. That's not the case with the short side. I also know that I'm lousy at timing crashes...except that ONE time in August/October with your winks. All said, I'll trade on the margins and hold onto my longs. Shorts, puts, and cash require constant attention. I'd go nuts. I did go nuts. <H>
