Saw an iMac in The Wiz (sp?) today in NYC. Only ever saw PCs in there before.
Wonder how many other electronics chains are quietly adding iMacs to their
shelves.

Related good news from north of the border:

Full page ad in Globe & Mail today from Computer City promoting the new fruit iMacs and a myriad of other USB and Mac only devices and Mac software (USB Zip, USB Hubs, USB Umax scanner, MSFT Encarta, Photoshop, Imation drive, etc.). Zero Wintel slant/share to the ad.

Recently Computer City's Canadian stores were bought from the American parent company after CompUSA snapped up the US stores. The new Canadian parent, Future Shop, has had a decidely anti-Mac stance, having deleted all traces from their stores (think Best Buy atomosphere).

The ad was Mac only from a store that currently has 90% Wintel shelf space! Is everybody hopping this train?

Noticed another local store with large Rev. B and Rev. C iMac inventory (about 60 units visible in window alone). This store had also previously abandoned Apple.
