<2.5 million shares at $18 each> TUTS warning: Guys -- I am only here for a second to give you a warning: Appx. 6 months ago, at the request of several people, we did considerable DD on this Co. While it looks great on the surface, and 2 or 3 levels sub-surface, it is not a pretty picture. Unless you have thoroughly read the Registration Statement and everything else about this Co., IMHO, be very careful buying -- well, holding -- if it opens on the secondary mkt. much higher than the IPO price (= 18 ) As always, do your own DD, identify your own objectives, and make your own decisions.
